Q: Will you ship to other areas of the world?
A: Sorry, at this time we can ship to Canada and the Unites States only.
Q: Can you do larger orders?
A: Yes we can. Use the contact link at the top of the page and let us know what you have in mind. We’ll return a quote as soon as possible.
Q: Can you make me some cheap stickers with cool pictures on them?
A: Sorry, at this time, we are operating with text only stickers through our website. That’s one reason our prices are so low!
Q: Can I order more than one design at once?
A: Yes, but there is a minimum order of 4 for each design. You can order up to 3 different designs through the Checkout Page. Add each design as a separate item in your shopping cart, then use the form fields (Product #1,2,3) on the checkout page.
Q: Can I have more than two colors?
A: No, the machine and material limits the stickers to two colors.
Q: Can I use black instead of white?
A: No, because of the material used, white is a mandatory color.
Q: Do you take checks?
A: No. Because of the high cost of returned checks and the nature of Internet business we do not take checks at this time. We do accept money orders – choose ‘manual payment’ on the checkout page. The address to send it to will appear after you click ‘make purchase’.
Q: Can I reach you by telephone?
A: No, we are a small, efficient business. None of the cost of your stickers goes toward employing someone to answer the phone.
Q: I’m having trouble with checkout. What should I do?
A: Be sure you have filled out all the necessary forms and read each page carefully. Be sure and check the box that declares you have read our ‘Terms and Conditions.’ If you are still having trouble, use the contact form above and describe your problem. We’ll respond with instruction as soon as possible.
Q: I would like to order stickers for someone else. Is this possible?
A: Yes. On the checkout page, there is a section for billing address, and a separate section for the shipping address. Put the address to which you would like the stickers shipped in the lower shipping section.
Q: I have a ‘questionable’ sticker idea. Do you have any restrictions on words I can use?
A: You pick the words for your sticker. Our only limitation is that we will not print messages which constitute libel or personal attack.
Q: How do I know what the sticker looks like? How many lines will it take to fit my message?
A: Give suggestions in the comment area on the checkout page to help us determine what you would like, but we will use out best practices and design experience to make an attractive and readable sticker.
